The Institute of New Materials and Energy Technologies (INMET) announces the launch of the 4‑week intensive MatRIX – Materials Training in Research & Innovation Exchange Program at Nazarbayev University, Astana!

Open to high school, bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD students, as well as researchers and industry professionals.

As part of the program, participants will gain:
🔬 fundamentals of materials science: synthesis and characterization methods
🔬 theoretical training and practical laboratory experience in materials science
🔬 understanding of materials applications in real energy devices and systems
📊 data analysis and research skills
📝 fundamentals of scientific writing and research ethics
🎓 a certificate upon successful completion of the program
🌍 an opportunity to participate in the 14th International Conference on Nanomaterials and Advanced Energy Storage Systems — the largest scientific conference in Kazakhstan in the field of materials science, as well as to meet leading scientists and researchers from around the world (INESS‑2026 🌍 https://iness.kz/).
